Sebastian started a series of travels around the world, which he began at the age of 19, that become the driving force behind his aesthetic and spiritual quest. His projects, which take Latin America and the East as their reference points, develop along the lines of visual, sound and installation paths. 

 

Among other awards, he has received the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship and the Argentine National Arts Foundation Grant. His work has been published in many different formats and include America, published by La Azotea and Ofrenda, published by Antennae Collection. 

 

Sebastian’s works have been exhibited in numerous individual and group contexts and can be found in public collections, such as The National Fine Arts Museum of Buenos Aires and

The Museum of Fine Arts of Houston, as well as in private collections, in Latin America, Europe, the United States and Japan.
